Jack Govier-Wiggins

Jack Govier-Wiggins is an entrepreneur and investor based in the United Kingdom. After working for and scaling several construction companies, he decided to package his proven process into a licensing model so he could help other trades in the construction industry grow better businesses.

He donates much of his free time mentoring, educating and encouraging aspiring entrepreneurs. Jack is passionate about giving people the confidence to build businesses that will give them more time and freedom to enjoy life.

Operations Manager, Integrator

Umar Fareez

Umar Fareez is currently serving as the head integrator and manager of operations at Scale Your Trade. He works closely with our team to maximise productivity through improving the efficiency of internal systems and processes.

Umar studied at the University of Warwick, is fluent in three languages and has impressively travelled to most countries in Europe and Asia. Outside of work, his main interests are travelling and learning about different cultures.

He is originally from Sri Lanka, but decided to relocate to Dubai in the UAE with his wife back in 2022.

Business development manager

Lucas Baker

Lucas Baker is currently serving as the manager of business development at Scale Your Trade. He works closely with our trade partners to help them identify new sales opportunities, optimise their sales process and close more sales.

In 2022, Lucas experienced a life changing injury whilst skiing and feared he would not walk again. However, due to his hard work, grit and determination he made an inspiring recovery. These attributes are what makes him so successful.

Outside of work, Lucas can generally be found on a golf course, playing cricket or spending time with his friends and family. He has the most insane knowledge of Premier League football player names circa 2000-2010.
